The Youth Association for Academics, Athletics, and Character Education, a  Toronto-based organization providing youth programming to racialized and low-income communities, YAAACE needed a website to promote their programs and provide a digital registration option. The site needed to be appealing to parents and youth, while presenting a professional look to their grant funders.

We designed a colourful, fun website that is easy to navigate and uses YAAACE’s own photos and video. We created powerful back-end tools that require just a few dates and details from YAAACE administrators to automatically generate registration forms and buttons across the site. Participant information is gathered and stored so administrators can easily view participant lists by program, and search for kids by name to get contact and medical information for anyone enrolled. A secure online payment system gives YAAACE the ability to accept registration fees online.
